In 2015 founder Tyler Milstead noticed a major issue in the Greater Atlanta Real Estate Market. There were very few options for New Home Buyers, that did not want to be in a MASSIVE subdivision neighborhood. Many buyers craved having more privacy, a larger lot, more unique design, and no HOA fees.
Since then, Tyler created "Chattahoochee Homes." A niche home building company that focused on what the large builders couldn't and wouldn't do. To create thoughtful well designed homes, in desirable areas. Fast Forward to today, Chattahoochee Homes continues to grow and innovate, with multiple projects throughout North Atlanta. |
